Llegas a la recepción para hacer el checking y ya te das cuenta que no va a estar bien.. la larga espera y sin climatización… muertos de calor. Las casas por llamarlas de alguna manera están súper lejos de la piscina, restaurante etc… muy mala señalización, para encontrar la ruta podías estar dando vueltas sin parar, por la noche no se veía nada… Dentro la limpieza era horrible, todo súper viejo, miles de hormigas y bichos por la cama y suelo, toallas y sabanas súper sucias … La comida pésima y otra vez muertos de calor sin climatización… La animación y personal bastante sosa. Y el trocito de playa del hotel sucio y de lo más feo de Monastir. Las piscinas con agua caliente todas… imposible refrescarse en ningún momento. 4 días horribles que mejor me hubiera quedado en casa . Pongo solo fotos del baño porque ni si quiera se cabía con la puerta cerrada, todo lo demás viejo y sucio.

Nous étions dans la chambre 508, filet d'eau froide en guise de douche, fourmis, ( c'était la 2e chambre, la première ayant les mêmes problèmes), literie très dure. La restauration toujours la même pendant notre séjour, avec des queues interminables pour se servir , même chose au bar. Il fallait courir pour trouver un verre, une assiette....les dessertes étaient sales,micro onde avec plateau moisi, toilettes sales. Effluves d'égout dans l'hôtel. Plage avec eau noirâtre, tuyaux dépassant du bord de mer, dangereux. Pas de pédiluves aux piscines. Le pire étant l'excursion à l'île kuriat vendue par la représentante de mondial tourisme à l'hôtel ,vantant une plage de rêve : faux . Débarquement en pleine mer sans gilet de sauvetage du bateau pirate le Sultan de Monastir.Plein d'algues, eau noirâtre, il fallait traverser ce périmètre pour atteindre des bancs de sable blanc avec eau claire sauf que l'on n'avait pas pied du fait d'immenses trous d'eau. Panique chez ma petite fille de 9 ans ! Heureusement des personnes nous ont aidés. Ni le guide, ni l'équipage, ni la vendeuse ne nous avaient prévenus qu'il fallait prévoir des brassards ou gilet de sauvetage pour les enfants. Une honte ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel vu le prix qu'on a payé !

We arrived at Shems Holliday village on 24th July , we were allocated a room in 41 degrees heat that had no air conditioning working, we managed to get to sleep don’t know how in that heat , to wake up to no water or electricity we complained and to be fare Susan managed to get us a move to a lot better room next to the beach , My opinion on this hotel is Out doors is really good 2 lovely pools with really entertaining Animation team ( Kemo ) one of the animation team was a great help to us , Private beach is stunning with great water sports for cheap Hotel also brings in a lot of out side services some of them can be really a pain in the ……. As they don’t leave you alone while trying to relax by the pool or even at your food The lobby of the hotel is covered in flys The food is so bad we have had to eat out every day although we were al inclusive My final opinion is - rooms not great because of ants Lobby & Dinning not great flys and food terrible Pools sea water park animation and night time entertainment absolutely class

The pool was nice, but the rest of it let it down. Room- ant, room service very poor. Shower shocking, unsafe, smells of sewage. Food- 2 out of 5, we sleep the breakfast as nothing to eat apart from pancakes where you have to wait in the queue for 10 minutes. Lunch and dinner- everywhere is a queu, to get a table, to get food and to get drink…. Entertainment is ok, nothing special. Very young boys entertaining yang girls - nothing more. Drinks in the bar- shocking. You have to stay in the queue each time and the will fill your bear in 200 ml plastic glass and not full The pool was nice, the only swimming pool I would give 4/5* rest 2 * It was sad that 3k was spent so badly. Definitely won't be back again to this hotel and not sure about Tunidia

I had a great time during my stay at Hotel Shame Holidays! The animation team was fantastic, always full of energy and keeping everyone entertained. Special shoutout to Kimo, the best organisto of ping pong — his skills and enthusiasm made every match unforgettable. The food was delicious, especially at the upstairs restaurant near the start bar. The buffet had a great variety and tasted fresh every day. The bar staff were friendly and made amazing cocktails. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The atmosphere was lively and fun throughout the resort. Evening shows were enjoyable and perfect for all ages. Overall, a wonderful holiday experience — would definitely come back!

Dans la chambre 508, filet d'eau froide en guise de douche, fourmis ( on a changé de chambre pour ce même problème), odeurs d'égout dans l'hôtel, dans le restaurant principal, une seule bonbonne d'eau pour 1300 clients, queues interminables pour les plats, le bar. Dessertes sales, il fallait courir pour trouver des verres, des bols, assiettes. Même plats pendant une semaine. Pas de pédiluves aux piscines. Ne pas faire l'excursion pour les îles kuriat, pas de plage, abord plein d'algues qu'il fallait traverser dans une eau noirâtre avec des trous immenses sans avoir pied pour atteindre une eau claire. Très dangereux pour des enfants ou alors prévoir brassards ou gilet de sauvetage. Débarquement en pleine mer sur des barges bondées, sans gilet de sauvetage. Ni le guide, ni la représentante de mondial tourisme ne nous avaient prévenus ! Quant à la plage de l'hôtel, tuyaux qui dépassaient de la mer, égouts ?? Gravats, eau noirâtre aussi. Fuyez !

Overall, it was a pleasant experience at this resort. The food and services were good, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. At the reception, we found understanding and quick help in resolving an issue with the TV. Less pleasant aspects included the furniture in the room and the lack of Wi-Fi. The on-site coordinator, Chrak Kallala, was kind and available to assist us throughout our stay.
